JetFan Singapore Warranty Policy

At JetFan Singapore, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your needs. If you encounter any issues with your JetFan, please review our returns and warranty policy below.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects or malfunctions resulting from normal use. This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctions due to normal wear and tear
  • Performance issues related to regular, intended usage

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear beyond reasonable use
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions
  • Water damage

3. Returns Process

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our customer support team at jetfansg@gmail.com within the 3-month warranty period. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Inspection & Approval – We may ask for further information (e.g., photos or a brief video) to assess the problem. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Repair, Replacement, or Refund – Based on the assessment, we will either repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished item, or offer a refund. We will decide the most appropriate course of action.

4. Shipping Costs

  • For approved warranty claims, JetFan Singapore will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item.
  • If the claim is not approved, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
